I was expecting June to be a bad month, but looking back i only got workouts that I consider worthwhile on eight of the 30 days. That’s worse than a 1 in 4 ratio which is pretty poor.
I had a stag-do one weekend and then went to a music festival for five days later in the month. I also did a lot of walking at said festival and walked an hour a day on work experience this month which I haven’t counted in the total.
I’ve got in the gym two days in four so far this month. At this rate it will be 15 for July as a whole which would be ok. I really want to push it up though and hopefully a lot of days will have double sessions. I’d like to get my ratio to 3/4 if possible and I know it is.
I’ll attempt to eat healthy too and up the weight work a little. Hopefully by the start of August I’ll be in a position to pose in a pair of shorts and set a benchmark to improve upon.
